Returns Policy

At Limitless Pieces, we want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. While we take great care in the quality and presentation of every item, we understand that sometimes a change of heart happen, and that’s okay.

Returns & Exchanges

​Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy that begins from the day your parcel is delivered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be returned in a clean and resalable state.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, you will need to:

  1. Return the original item for a refund, following the return steps.

  2. Place a new order for your preferred item.

This ensures that our inventory remains accurate and that you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Please note that returns are not free. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may choose any courier service you prefer, but we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Limitless Pieces is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. However, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives, as long as it meets the conditions of our return policy.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 2–5 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notice

We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned items are found to be:

  • Stained

  • Damaged or altered

  • Worn or washed

  • Missing original tags or packaging

In such cases, the item will not be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
